Forgot your password?
Please contact the QDHS IT Department if you have forgotten your passwords for Office 365, ManageBac, and Canvas.
If you don't know the username and password for a database or resource, they are all listed on the Databases page in alphabetical order.
Make sure to click on "more" underneath each database to see if there us a username or password.
If the "more" button isn't listed, you can access the database by clicking on the link here on LibGuides. Don't just bookmark the database URL. You will need to always click through LibGuides for access!
